Down Goes Tyra!

The "Insider/Entertainment Tonight" nexus is always good for a laugh or two.
Tonight, "The Insider" covered John Travolta and Kelly Preston's freakish Scientology crusade against the use of psychotropic drugs – which Travolta mispronounced, as in, "Psycho Tropic of Cancer." Appallingly, the show did so with a straight face, even billing the wackos' harmful work as "humanitarian."
It's a little hard to take Travolta seriously when he gives the name of a website as "fight-for-kids-dot-organization." (And is it really a surprise that he will be playing a role made famous by Divine?)
And then on "Entertainment Tonight," we were provided with a cruel tease regarding Tyra Banks fainting spell on "America's Next Top Model," which was to air tonight.
What caused it? Did Tyra not eat enough grains of rice for dinner? Was her Victoria's Secret bra on too tight? Did the helium that was holding her head aloft finally escape through her ears?
Apparently she was "acting." I guess you have to "act" when you're a model.

Man, miss one carrot stick ration and your noon "bump" and you just lose it.

Is it possible that Tyra was momentarily asphyxiated by a monstrous queef?

The most surprising thing of all, is that as far as I know The Church of Scientology prohibits man dressing as women. Now comes Travolta a heavy ( with Tom Cruise) in that church and is going to dress in drag. Scientology doesn't even approve of drag in fun. I guess John knows better than Ron. L. what can one do with church doctrine. After Brokeback Mountain success and the success of Hairspray on Broadway, the doctrines of Scientology take second fiddle to a good role in a surely to be a succesful musical film. Again money and fame are stronger than religious conviction. Also, I wonder how come Tom has kept his mouth shut about this pervertion of the tenents of his religion. Probably because John Travolta carries more weight and power in Tinseltown than Brooke Shields. It is true nothing is sacred in Hollywood.

Who's surprised about this scene?. All them supermodels are divas and think they have the world by the balls. They do drugs and nobody cares. The steal from stores and nobody cares. They think they can act and nobody cares (Thank God). Nevertheless eventually they all go down (Thank God).
