Sure. See, the batsman needs to cross the white line before the ball hits the three stumps, otherwise he is bowled out.

Similarly, I only know a little about baseball but you could equate this scenario with someone having slid to a base a second after the catcher caught the ball.

I guess the ad is saying, "Without last-mile connectivity information in your network may not reach its destination in time."


I played this game for a few years as a young boy and I never understood the rules. My brother - the straight one - caught on immediately upon our arrival in the UK. I hated him for that.
