Why am I so amused that the "privacy policy" link on LPI Media's FAQ page for its own magazine, The Advocate, mistakenly directs readers to The Advocate, a daily newspaper in Baton Rouge, La. (and to a broken link, actually)?
Maybe I amuse too easily.
What political party does take action to earn the contributions of the gay community? I listen to or watch NPR, Fox News, Jim Lehrer, other network news shows. I just don't see it. If ANY political party is stepping up to defend and carry us forward, who is it and where is the proof they deserve our support?

Amen reilly.

Aside from the fact that I work for The Advocate, and I swear I didn't tell someone about this and then it was fixed, but I followed your links and never come across a broken link or the "other" Advocate. So I don't know why you were lead to the wrong page??

Did you follow my links above, or am I just in an alternate universe? The link still looks broken to me.
Keep in mind that the broken link I referenced was from the LPI Media page, not from The Advocate's main page.

No, it's an error page, Mal. The universe is still the same one.
